Sizing
The sizes we offer are:
Small: UK 8-10
Medium: UK 10-12
Large: UK 12-14
XLarge: UK 14-16
XXLarge: UK 16-18

If your preferred size is not visible in the size selection, we unfortunately do not have the size in stock for that particular style. If you wish to wear your tee as a dress, we would advise you to buy two sizes up (unless item is stated as a long length t-shirt, in which case the tee will already be longer in length). 
 

Pricing
All prices are displayed unless it is a custom/special order in which case you will need to email Heartistic01@gmail.com. Please state the size, colour and product you require for your quote to be processed.
 

Delivery
Items that are in stock and not a customised item can be shipped same day if order is placed before 3pm. Bespoke orders have to be custom made and can take 3-5 working days to be delivered and slightly longer for international shipping.
 

Can I return an item?
Sorry! Our items are bespoke and are customised for the individual so unfortunately we do not offer a refund.
 

Postage
All our items are sent by Royal Mail please select the correct shipping if you wish to get your order quickly. 
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit; proof of shipment will be given on request.
 

Bleach & Tie-Dye Customisation
Please note all our items are hand-made so the bleach or Tie-dye colour and pattern will differ slightly. All pictures on the site are a guide to how your finished product will look. 

 

T-shirts
All t-shirts are unisex unless stated otherwise.
 

Can I buy my t-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie without customisation?
Sure you can, if you would like to buy an item without bleach colouring or cut customisations please select plain.
 

How do I know what customisation to pick?
Please look at the available style tab. Each picture has its own letter which you can use to indicate your chosen style.
